Companies pay a small fee to get access to direct contact details to consultants within GigAssembly’s network, and when a successful match occurs, the company pays a fixed finder’s fee to GigAssembly. After that, it is up to the company and the consultant to set the terms for the collaboration themselves, without any involvement by GigAssembly. Fast and easy, without unnecessary intermediaries.

We make it easy without compromising on quality. With over 20 years of experience of recruitment in various industries, we are used to employing proven quality assurance methods to ensure that we only present serious and professional candidates. Since every consultant who creates a profile registers with a personal Bank ID, we can guarantee that no fake accounts are presented in the platform. In addition, we carry out a background check on all registered profiles. The background checks include verification of diplomas or certificates from specified education, and we check that there is a registered company for invoicing linked to each profile. As an additional service, we can also offer reference checks from previous employers, as well as conducting interviews with potential candidates.

It’s for free to create a business account. However, as a company, you pay a small fee to get access to direct contact details to potential candidates who might be relevant for a gig assignment. If a successful match occurs, and your company decides to hire a freelancer from GigAssembly’s platform, the company will pay a fixed finder’s fee to GigAssembly at one occassion. This is important because the registered company will be liable for the services that may be purchased, such as contact information and finder’s fees. Absolutely, it is possible to create several user accounts on the same business account, and the super user can adjust the authorization level per user account.

Yes, you can delete your business account at any time with a 30-day notice period. Thereafter, all personal information about you is deleted or anonymized, with the exception of such information that we are required by law to retain.
